'This widget does not support style settings' message displayed when configuring a widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder

Description

In ArcGIS Experience Builder, the 'This widget does not support style settings' message is displayed when configuring a widget within the Widget Controller widget. As a result, the widget’s dimensions cannot be set to specific values from the Style tab.

Cause

This is expected behavior, as the size and layout of the widget panel are configured in the Widget Controller's settings. The widget’s dimensions cannot be configured independently using the Style tab.

Solution or Workaround

Resize the widget panel with one of the options provided.

• In the Widget Controller panel, on the Content tab, if Floating is selected under Widget panel arrangement, click and drag the four corners of the widget panel to set the preferred dimensions. These dimensions apply to the individual widget and must be set separately for each widget.
• In the Widget Controller panel, on the Content tab, if Fixed is selected under Widget panel arrangement, set the preferred dimensions under Position & size. These dimensions apply to all widgets within the Widget Controller.
