PROBLEM
On an ArcGIS Hub site, an image can be uploaded or added using the image's URL. However, after doing so, there is no option to replace the image with a different one in the ArcGIS Hub site editor.
This is by design. To replace an image in the ArcGIS Hub site editor, users must delete the image and upload a different image, or delete the image’s URL and add a different image’s URL.
Use one of the options below to replace the image with a different image or image URL in the ArcGIS Hub site editor.
Note: ArcGIS Hub supports JPEG, JPG, and PNG image files.
Delete the image and upload a different image
Note: The maximum file size is three megabytes (MB).
Delete the image’s URL and upload a different image’s URL
Note: In ArcGIS Online, an image’s URL is on the image’s item details page. Ensure the image is shared publicly to use the image’s URL on the ArcGIS Hub site.
