The Join Features tool in the Analysis widget of Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS fails to function in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.5.1

Description

The Join Features spatial analysis tool does not run in the Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS Analysis widget.

Cause

A problem in the underlying JavaScript prevents the tool from working in the Analysis widget.

This problem is associated with a known defect, BUG-000106282

Solution or Workaround

Upgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6 or later.
