PROBLEM
The Crystal Reports wizard dialog box loses focus
Description
While the Seagate Crystal Reports wizard is displayed and focus is changed from ArcMap to another application, the ArcGIS 8 Crystal Report wizard can get 'lost' behind ArcMap.
Cause
ArcMap does not 'own' the Seagate Crystal Reports wizard process. Accessing the ArcMap window is not possible because the wizard is displayed modally.
Solution or Workaround
Set the focus to another application and minimize that window. The wizard dialog box will then appear in front of the ArcMap window.
