The Attachments option in the Feature Info widget is disabled in ArcGIS Experience Builder

Description

In ArcGIS Experience Builder, when configuring a Feature Info widget of a feature layer, the Attachments option in the ‘Details options’ setting is disabled even though the 'Enable Attachments' option of the feature layer is enabled on the item details page in ArcGIS Online.

Cause

The attachments of the feature layer are not configured in pop-ups in ArcGIS Online.

Solution or Workaround

1. Log in to ArcGIS Online.
2. Click Content > My Content.
3. Browse to the web map used in the experience.
4. Click More options > Open in Map Viewer.
5. Configure and add the attachments to the pop-ups to display the attachments of the feature layer. Refer to ArcGIS Online: Add attachments for further instructions.
6. In ArcGIS Experience Builder, refresh the experience.
