Report Expert does not appear with Crystal Reports 9.0 in ArcView 3.x

A Report Expert will not appear with Crystal Reports 9.0 in the ArcView 3.x Report Writer. When the Report Writer patch is applied, the ArcView 3.x Report Writer will load the database, the Crystal designer will start, and you can create reports.


Crystal Reports 9.0 does not have a single Report Expert, as previous versions do, so ArcView 3.x Report Writer cannot start the Report Expert.

Solution or Workaround

Start the desired Report Expert manually in Crystal Reports 9.0. Individual Report Experts are available from the Report menu.
