Problem: Published Mosaic Dataset Does Not Display Overviews

Description

After publishing a mosaic dataset, the image service overviews do not display.

The mosaic dataset was created and published with a version of ArcGIS Desktop that has a more recent service pack than ArcGIS Server.

Check that ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Server are using the same service pack.
• Patch Finder for Windows
• Patch Finder for Unix

Upgrade ArcGIS Server to the same service pack as ArcGIS Desktop from the Patches and Services Packs page.
