Publicly shared items prompt login credentials to the owner's organization

Description

When the URL of an item with the sharing level set to 'Everyone (public)' is shared with and opened by a user outside of the organization, the item details page opens as expected. However, when logging in through the Sign In button at the top corner of the page, the user is prompted to log in through the item owner's organization.

Cause

The item contains the short name of the organization in the URL.

Solution or Workaround

1. Paste the shared item URL in the address bar of a web browser.

2. Remove the short name of the organization and press Enter.
