Layers added to a web map do not display in Crowdsource Reporter

Description

Crowdsource Reporter does not display any other publicly shared, non-editable layers that are added to the web map.

Cause

By default, Crowdsource Reporter displays only one editable layer at a time.

Solution or Workaround

Crowdsource Reporter can be configured to display non-editable layers in the web map as well. To configure Crowdsource Reporter to display the non-editable layers, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to ArcGIS Online.
  2. Click Content. Click the Crowdsource Reporter item that uses the web map.
  3. Click Configure App.
  4. Click the Options tab.
  5. Check the Show reference layers checkbox.

  1. Click Save. The non-editable hosted feature layers are displayed in Crowdsource Reporter.
