An HTML page doesn't reload in Internet Explorer (IE) when resizing its window, but it does in Netscape.
It is intentionally written to behave this way for two reasons:
1. Netscape waits for you to stop resizing the browser window before the resize event is triggered. In IE, the event starts immediately when you begin to resize and continues while you drag the corner.
2. Netscape automatically tries to refresh the page on resize. This refresh is not total and may result in a blank map and a broken page. The browser usually restores the original graphics and text from its cache.
Press Ctrl-F5 to completely refresh your browser.
