Feature Analysis and Raster Analysis are disabled in ArcGIS Pro

Description

When working on an ArcGIS Pro project, the Feature Analysis and Raster Analysis toolboxes are unavailable on the Analysis tab.

Cause

• The account is not connected to an active ArcGIS Enterprise portal configured with a hosting server for the feature analysis toolbox or an ArcGIS Image Server for the raster analysis toolbox. Additionally, the Feature Analysis and the Raster Analysis toolboxes do not work if the active portal is ArcGIS Online.
• The ArcGIS Pro account does not have spatial analysis privileges.

Solution or Workaround

Connect the ArcGIS Pro project to an active ArcGIS Enterprise account

Note:
Before connecting to the portal, ensure the ArcGIS Enterprise portal is configured with a hosting server to access the Feature Analysis toolbox or ArcGIS Image Server in the role of a raster analysis server to access the Raster Analysis toolbox. 1. In ArcGIS Pro, add an ArcGIS Enterprise portal connection. Refer to ArcGIS Pro: Add a portal connection for further instructions.
2. Set the ArcGIS Enterprise portal as an active portal. Refer to ArcGIS Pro: Set as active portal for further instructions.

Assign the appropriate licenses and privileges to the ArcGIS Pro account

To access the Feature Analysis toolbox, determine the type of licenses required for spatial analysis, and assign them to the account. Refer to Portal for ArcGIS: Privileges granted to roles for further information.
