Dialog boxes in ArcCatalog or ArcMap, such as Export Data, Data Frame Properties, Layer Properties, or the Identify window, are cut off. Dialog boxes do not display completely when opened.
This issue arises when values in specific registry keys become invalid or corrupted.

Note: Renaming the key regenerates a new key with default values that should resolve the issue. If any problems arise, it is possible rename the key back to PropertySheets to recover the old data.
