Custom Print widgets cannot be configured in ArcGIS Experience Builder

Description

In ArcGIS Experience Builder, Print widgets with custom print services published from ArcGIS Desktop or ArcGIS Pro to ArcGIS Enterprise cannot be configured.

Cause

The Export Web Map and Get Layout Template Info tools are published as separate geoprocessing services to an older version of ArcGIS Enterprise, such as version 10.3 or earlier, where only the Export Web Map tool is required to be published as a geoprocessing service. Starting from version 10.4, all the printing tools must be published under one service.

Solution or Workaround

Republish the Export Web Map and Get Layout Template Info tools as one geoprocessing service to ArcGIS Enterprise. Refer to ArcGIS Server: Share a printing web tool to the ArcGIS Enterprise portal for instructions.

Note: 
Ensure the tools are under one geoprocessing service by checking the item page of the published printing tool. Refer to Portal for ArcGIS: Open the item page for instructions.
