Command line statistics doesn't return values

Description

When managing the ArcIMS Application Server from the command line, there is a STATS keyword that returns usage statistics for each Virtual Server. However, when the STATS keyword is used, the results are null - no actual values are returned.

Cause

There is a syntax error in the ArcIMS 3.1 Administrator resource file arcims_resadmin.jar.

Solution or Workaround

1. Click on the arcims_resadmin.jar link below to download the corrected arcims_resadmin.jar file. Save the file to a temporary location on the hard drive, such as C:\temp.
2. On the machine(s) where ArcIMS 3.1 is installed, find and replace all copies of arcims_resadmin.jar with the downloaded file. In most cases, arcims_resadmin.jar will be found in the JRE's lib/ext directory.
3. It is not necessary to restart ArcIMS or the Web servers.
