Code written with ArcSdl does not work correctly or fatals

Description

An application written in ArcSdl does not work correctly or quits with a fatal error.

Cause

The machine is running incompatible versions of ArcInfo and ArcSdl.

Solution or Workaround

Warning:
An application may compile under a version of ArcSdl even if different from ArcInfo, but this is not supported and should be considered very unstable.
