PROBLEM
CC:Mail causes network performance degradation
Description
Performance of Workstation ArcInfo degrades 40% when accessing data over network after CC:Mail client is installed.
Cause
CC:Mail disables the UtilizeNtCaching keyword value.
Solution or Workaround
Use the Registry Editor to set the UtilizeNtCaching keyword value to 1 (enabled). See the related Microsoft web site for information on how to do this.
