When Visual Learning System's Feature Analyst 3.3 is installed, ArcMap crashes while adding CAD annotation to the display.

Cause

An application called Feature Analyst 3.3, created by Visual Learning System, was installed.

Solution or Workaround

Turn off the Feature Analyst application before adding the CAD annotation to ArcMap.
