ArcGIS Server Manager does not display list of data stores

Description

When attempting to view the list of data stores in ArcGIS Server Manager, the Data Stores page is blank. The following message is displayed in the page:

Error:   
Sorry, an error occurred.

The list of data stores displays correctly when accessed via the ArcGIS Server Administrator Directory, and maps and feature services referencing the data stores work correctly.

Cause

The web browser cache is full, preventing ArcGIS Server Manager from loading correctly.

Solution or Workaround

Clear the web browser cache, and relaunch the web browser.
