Description

ArcGIS Pro crashes after installing the Deep Learning Framework, upgrading ArcGIS Pro, and uninstalling the Deep Learning Framework using the Windows Installer (.msi).

Cause

Uninstalling the Deep Learning Framework using the Windows Installer (.msi) removes components needed to run ArcGIS Pro.

Solution or Workaround

Should this issue occur, either repair the software using the Repair option in the ArcGIS Pro .msi installer, as shown in the image below, or simply uninstall and reinstall ArcGIS Pro.
