ArcGIS License Manager 2021.1 Reference Guide opens in English-language on most localized language operating systems
Description
With ArcGIS License Manager 2021.1, on most localized language operating systems the License Manager Reference Guide opens in English and not the local language.
Chinese Traditional (Taiwan), Chinese Simplified (PRC), and Portuguese-Brazilian languages should not be affected by this problem.
Cause
There is an incorrect link to the appropriate language-specific documentation directory.
Solution or Workaround
Manually launch the applicable localized guide from the install location. In a default install location on Windows, this is:C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\LicenseManager\Documentation\<local language code>\lmrefguide.htm
