ArcGIS Dashboards pop-ups display empty results

Description

When selecting features from a map in ArcGIS Dashboards, the pop-ups display empty results.

Cause

This issue occurs when the Theme and Text Color settings are set to the same color in ArcGIS Dashboards.

Solution or Workaround

Perform the following steps to resolve the issue.

1. Launch ArcGIS Dashboards in ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS.
2. In the top panel, click Settings .
3. In the Dashboard Settings window, select the Theme tab.
4. If Theme is set to Light, set Text Color to black, and click Done.

Note:
Alternatively, in the Layout banner, click Reset to restore the default color settings, where Theme and Text Color are set to contrasting colors.
