PROBLEM
After adding an image question in the ArcGIS Survey123 Connect application, the image appears on the form preview, but does not appear on the published survey in the ArcGIS Survey123 web app.
This issue may occur when:
Depending on the cause, use one of the following solutions to resolve this issue, and republish the survey.
Note: Updating and republishing the survey does not affect the existing data.
Remove the spaces and special characters from the image name in the media folder
Copy the file name in the media folder and paste it in the .xlsx sheet
To view the published survey form, click the Show online survey item icon . The image now appears below the question.
