Accessing the ArcGIS Portal Directory URL displays a blank web page

Description

When attempting to access the ArcGIS Portal Directory URL on a web browser, the web page loads but displays a blank page, as shown in the image below.

Cause

The ArcGIS Portal Directory is disabled in the Portal Administrator Directory. Refer to Portal for ArcGIS: Disable the ArcGIS Portal Directory for more information regarding the reasons and steps to disable the ArcGIS Portal Directory.

Solution or Workaround

Use the steps below to enable the ArcGIS Portal Directory in the Portal Administrator Directory.

1. Log into the Portal Administrator Directory with an administrator account. Refer to Portal for ArcGIS: ArcGIS Portal Administrator Directory for the Portal Administrator Directory URLs.
2. Click Security > Config > Update Security Configuration.
3. On the Update Security Configuration page, set the 'disableServicesDirectory' property to true.

4. Click Update Configuration.
