Pagelayout TOC revises wrong dataframe as view changes scale-dependent layers
Description
** This issue is addressed in ArcGIS 9.0 Service Pack 2 (SP2) **
The table of contents checkbox and text display do not correctly reflect the visibility of scale-dependent layers in a page layout.
Cause
This is a known issue.
Workaround
