BUG
After installing the NITF for ArcGIS 9.3.1 extension and using 'NITF Save As' to convert an image to NITF format, or using 'NITF Export Map' to save ArcMap's screen display to NITF format, the output image is shifted if the source image's spatial reference is not one of the following:
• GCS_North_American_1927
• GCS_North_American_1983
• GCS_WGS_1984
• UTM projections of the above geographic coordinate systems.
If using the NITF for ArcGIS 10.0 extension, rasters with unsupported coordinate systems will be automatically blocked from using the 'NITF Save As' features.
'NITF Save As' only supports the following coordinate systems for the source image:
• GCS_North_American_1927
• GCS_North_American_1983
• GCS_WGS_1984"
• UTM projections of the above geographic coordinate systems
'NITF Export Map' only supports the above coordinate systems for the active data frame in ArcMap.
