Oriented Imagery from URL produces Error "Error occurred while loading the image. Failed to fetch."

Error Message

When attempting to access an oriented image from HTTPS://, the following error is returned:

"Error occurred while loading the image. Failed to fetch."returns "Error occurred while loading the image. Failed to fetch."

Cause

The request was formatted incorrectly.

Solution or Workaround

The values for Origin, i.e., the Access-Control-Allow-Origin, the Value must be an asterisk (* - this must be set to a wildcard), as shown in the image below.
