Description

Opening existing or creating new OLE DB connections in ArcCatalog can sometimes cause ArcCatalog to crash.

Cause

If the 'Upgrade Geodatabase' command has been added to ArcCatalog, opening an existing or new OLE DB connection will cause ArcCatalog to crash.

Solution or Workaround



Remove the 'Upgrade Geodatabase' command from ArcCatalog.
