Natural neighbors dialog box does not honor input point selection

Description

If the point layer entered as input has a selected set of features, only these features should be used for interpolation. Instead, all are used.

Cause

The system is ignoring feature selection.

Solution or Workaround

1. Use the Selection > 'Create Layer from Selected Features’ context menu of the point layer in ArcMap, or ArcScene, to create a new layer based on the selected features.
2. Use the layer created in the previous step as the input to the ‘Natural Neighbors Interpolation’ dialog box.
