%ARCHOME%\Coordinate Systems\Projected Coordinate Systems\State Plane\NAD 1983 (Feet)\"NAD 1983 StatePlane PR Virgin Islands FIPS 5200 (Feet).prj"
Open the file in a text editor, such as Notepad. Replace the j in the file with:
