MrSID files do not display in the correct location

Description

MrSID imagery no longer displays in the correct geographic location in ArcGIS 9.2 Service Pack 4.

Cause

The LizardTech ExpressView 4.0 Browser Plug-in for Windows is installed on top of Service Pack 4 for ArcGIS 9.2.

Solution or Workaround

1. Uninstall the ExpressView plug-in through the Windows Add/Remove programs.
2. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\ and delete the LizardTech Shared folder.
