Missing Status and Tool bars

Solution or Workaround

After installing Atlas GIS, the Status and Tool bars do not display.


When installing Atlas GIS for the first time, the program settings are read from the settings.ini file. The binary values in that file are not properly read during initial startup.


To fix the problem, do the following:

1. Navigate to the Atlas GIS root directory.
2. Delete the settings.ini file.
3. Restart Atlas GIS.

The settings.ini file will be rebuilt with the correct binary values, and the Status bar and Tool bar will display correctly.
