Description

The map image is not visible when using File > Print in the Firefox Web browser with ArcWeb Explorer on a Macintosh computer.

Cause

This is a Firefox/Macintosh compatibility issue.

Solution or Workaround

Print using the ArcWeb Explorer Print Widget, or use another Macintosh Web browser such as Safari.
