Logon failed for user \'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON\'
Error Message
When setting security within the ArcGIS Server Manager to use the SQL Server Security Store, the following error is displayed:
"Logon failed for user \’NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON\’"
Cause
When logged in to the ArcGIS Server Manager, an anonymous user is not able to access the SQL Server to create a security store.
Solution or Workaround
Grant the anonymous account access to the database.
Proceed to create the security store.
Restrict the anonymous account access to its original setting immediately afterward.
