Initiatives created with the ArcGIS Solutions App cannot be followed by members outside the organization

Description

When an ArcGIS Solution containing a Hub Initiative is deployed in ArcGIS Online, users outside the organization cannot follow the initiative.

Cause

During deployment, the followers group is set to allow only organization members to join the group.

Solution or Workaround

Manually change the followers group to allow members form any organization with the following workflow.

1. Go to the settings tab for the initiative’s followers group
2. Under Group Membership, change the Who can be in this group? setting to Any organization’s members.
