Incorrect results returned when running a report for the US using ArcGIS Business Analyst 8.3

Description

Running a report gives incorrect results when the boundary layer is a States layer in the Business Analyst Reports wizard.

Cause

This is a known issue.

Workaround

Follow the workaround below.

Select 'None' as the boundaries layer in the Business Analyst Reports wizard dialog box.
