In ArcGIS Pro 3.0 help, why do some links to ArcGIS Enterprise help return 404 errors?

Because a subset of functionality in ArcGIS Pro 3.0 is dependent on the next release of ArcGIS Enterprise, some links in ArcGIS 3.0 help are dependent on the next release of the ArcGIS Enterprise help. Due to the difference between the ArcGIS Pro 3.0 release date and that of the next version of ArcGIS Enterprise, some links may be broken until the next version of ArcGIS Enterprise is available to the public.
