Image theme shifts position after panning or zooming in a view

Description

An image starts out in the correct location. However, after panning or zooming the image shifts to an incorrect location.

Cause

The image uses a world file which has non-zero rotation values.

Solution or Workaround



  1. Open the world file in a text editor such as WordPad or NotePad.
  2. Change the rotation parameters to 0. The rotation parameters are the second and third lines. For example, change the following . .

    3.57624161821589
    3.58580315303679
    -3.2681803057689
    412859.44583667407278
    4315361.80367969442159


    to the following. . .

    3.20612628172694
    0.0000
    0.0000
    -3.2681803057689
    412859.44583667407278

  3. Save the file.
  4. Remove the image theme and add it again.
