Validate and display the version of the relational datastore from ArcGIS Server Admin Directory.

Summary

After an ArcGIS Enterprise upgrade, it may be necessary to check if the relational datastore was upgraded as expected. The datastore may still function if the geodatabase part of the upgrade did not succeed, and it may validate successfully from Server Manager. However it would not display the version of the relational datastore.

Procedure

To validate from the Server Admin directory:

1. Log in to the ArcGIS Server Administrator Directory.
2. Go to Home > data > ttems > enterpriseDatabases, and click the first child item in the list:
   • AGSDataStore_ds_... > Machines > FQDN > Validate
3. In the JSON generated, check the version number for the  "datastore.release.sde": "10x", to confirm that it was upgraded
