HOW TO
When designing an experience in ArcGIS Experience Builder, stacking widgets over the Map widget is useful for layout design purposes, such as creating a mapcentric app. This article provides a few workflows to stack widgets over the Map widget in ArcGIS Experience Builder.
The Widget Controller widget organizes widgets in a toolbar-like controller where users can open one or more widgets to interact with the map when needed and allows the map to be seen in full when the widgets are not toggled on.
In ArcGIS Experience Builder, add the Widget Controller to the map and add the desired widgets to the controller before configuring them in the settings panel. Refer to ArcGIS Experience Builder: Usage notes for further instructions.
In ArcGIS Experience Builder, in the Insert widget panel, expand the Layout node and add any of the listed widgets to the map. After adding the widget, add the desired widget to the Layout widget before configuring them in the settings panel. Refer to ArcGIS Experience Builder: Layout widgets for more information.
