HOW TO
This article explains how to customize the printer page size, as well as how to set the page size based on printer page sizes in ArcGIS Pro.
When creating a layout in ArcGIS Pro, there is an option to choose a custom page size, as shown in the image below.

When selecting a new layout, choose Custom page size at the bottom in the drop-down menu. This opens the page setup section in the layout properties. Here, the page units, size, and orientation can be selected to fit the required options.
Also, choose the Select Page from Printer option that connects to a printer so that the layout page can match a specific printer’s paper size, paper tray, orientation, and to display the printer’s nonprintable margins on the layout.

What if a layout size is chosen when creating the layout but later it becomes necessary to select a custom size?
The layout size can be changed by right-clicking the layout in the Contents pane and selecting Properties. In the Properties dialog box, navigate to the Page Setup section, where the page size can be adjusted as desired. After clicking OK, the changes are applied.
The page orientation can also be changed at any time. Depending on the changes made, it may be necessary to rearrange elements or adjust the map scale to achieve the desired result.
From there, either the Print Layout tool or the Export Layout tool can be used.
