Replicate anchor links for a scrollable page in ArcGIS Experience Builder

This article describes the workflow to create a menu of anchor links using the Button widgets in a scrollable page in ArcGIS Experience Builder.

Procedure

1. Log in to ArcGIS Online and open the experience in ArcGIS Experience Builder.
2. On the Insert tab, in the Insert widget panel, on the New tab, under Page elements, drag the Button widget into one of the blocks on the canvas, ideally in the first row of blocks.

Note: 
Depending on the number of blocks containing widgets available, repeat Step 2 to add the preferred number of Button widgets to link each block.

3. On the canvas, click the Button widget to open the Button panel.
4. In the Button panel, on the Content tab, click Set link.

5. In the Set link dialog box, for Link to, select Block from the drop-down list.

6. In the Set link window, for Jump to, select the preferred block from the drop-down list.

Note:
To check the names of the blocks, click the Page panel, on the Page tab, and refer to the list of blocks under Outline. 

7. Click OK.
8. In the Button panel, under Text, change the name of the Button widget to indicate the linked block.
9. Repeat Steps 3 through 8 for the other Button widgets.
10. Click Save > Preview .
