Register an ArcGIS Relational Data Store component in ArcGIS Monitor

Summary

When attempting to register a Data Store component in ArcGIS Monitor, the following error is returned:

"Invalid Version: 11.4.0.54309"

Procedure

This requires editing the "relational-config/json" file in the arcgisdatastore site directory.

Note:
You must be assigned the Administrator or Manager role to register components.

1. Stop the datastore service in Windows System Services.
   1. In Windows search, type Services, and click Open.
   2. Locate the ArcGIS Data Store service, right-click it, and click Stop.
2. Access the ArcGIS datastore folder and open the relational-config.json file in Notepad or Notepad++, typically found in:

C:\arcgis\arcgisdatastore\etc\relational-config.json

3. If the version is showing "datastore.release": "11.4.0.54309", change the version number to "datastore.release": "11.4.0".
4. Save the file and restart the datastore from the Windows System Services console.
5. Go back into ArcGIS Monitor and add the datastore again.
