License a previous release of ArcGIS StreetMap Premium
Summary
At times, ArcGIS StreetMap Premium customers may need access to a previous release of the data, as they are using older versions of ArcGIS Pro or ArcGIS Enterprise. However, only the current release of ArcGIS StreetMap Premium is available via My Esri. Additionally, when a current SMP license expires, the customer must obtain a new license, and that license only works with the most current releases of ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise. This can result in customers having licenses for releases of ArcGIS StreetMap Premium that do not work with their Esri software.
Procedure
To obtain a license for a release of ArcGIS StreetMap Premium other than the current release, contact Esri Customer Service and a license will be provided.
