How To: Install the Sentinel Drivers

Summary

Steps to install the sentinel drivers for PC ARC/INFO 3.5.1 international version.

Procedure

1. Navigate to the directory called KEY on the PC ARC/INFO CD.

2. Find a file called KEY.WRI. This is a WordPad document that describes the sentinel driver installation procedure.

3. Navigate to the subdirectory under KEY that corresponds to your operating system:

   Windows 311
   Windows 95
   Windows NT

These subdirectories contain all the files and the driver for your OS.

Note:
Normally, Windows 95 installation does not need the Sentinel drivers.

Note:
At the time of Install itself you should be able to upload the driver.

Note:
In order to make sure you have the correct CD, look for the key symbol on the CD. The part number may be 75192.
