Generate credit usage reports going back further than a year in ArcGIS Online

In ArcGIS Online, users with the appropriate privilege can generate credit usage reports within a one-year period from the current date. It is also possible to generate credit usage reports going back further than a year in ArcGIS Online, but it is limited to one year from the current date’s one-year period range.

The following workflow details the steps to generate credit usage reports going back further than a year in ArcGIS Online.

Procedure

  1. Log in to ArcGIS Online.
  2. Open the status dashboard to view the credit usage. Refer to ArcGIS Online: Use the dashboard for instructions.
  3. Configure the Start and End date fields to date back further than a year of the current period.
Note: 
The maximum query length between the Start and End date fields is one year. 
Note: 
Use a smaller date range for the query when there is extensive usage of credit to avoid error when retrieving data from the query. Amalgamate the date from the reports into a unified report when there is more than one report.

  1. Repeat Step 3 when necessary.
  2. Click the Export Usage Data The Export Usage Data icon to download credit usage reports. button to download the data retrieved from the query.
