Display from/to delivery times in the route list view

Procedure

When importing orders, be sure to select the from/to delivery times string option.

Example: In the order import wizard on, select FromDeliveryTimeString and drag it across to the TimeWindowStart field. Do the same with the ToDeliveryTimeString for the TimeWindowFinish field. This will allow the proper from/to delivery times to be displayed in the list view.
