Disable the license expiry warning message in ArcGIS Pro

Last Published: January 24, 2024

Summary

When an ArcGIS Pro license nears its expiry date, ArcGIS Pro displays a warning message when launching or signing in to the application. Users with renewed licenses may still receive these warnings, as ArcGIS Pro continues to send the warning message up to the start of the license's renewed term. This article provides the steps on how to disable these warning messages.

Note:
Esri recommends users without renewed licenses to keep the warning message enabled in ArcGIS Pro, to ensure users are aware of any impending obstructions to tasks.

Procedure

  1. In ArcGIS Pro, navigate to Settings > Licensing.
  2. In the Licensing tab, under Settings, uncheck the Show license expiration warning messages. checkbox.
Uncheck the license expiration warning message checkbox to disable license expiry warning messages.
