Determine which ArcGIS Desktop seat is active

Instructions provided describe how to determine which ArcGIS Desktop seat is currently active.

Procedure

1. Select Start > Programs > ArcGIS > Desktop Administrator.
   
   
2. Click the 'Software Product' folder if it is available. In the right pane there should be a radio button selected next to the current software seat.
   
   
3. If a Software Product folder is not visible, click the 'Availability' folder. In the right pane there should be a pull down menu with the current software seat selected.
