Some ArcGIS displays can cause remote Webex sessions to crash. The instructions provided describe how to configure the Webex application to avoid these types of crashes.
'Complex Graphics' must be enabled in Webex to allow ArcGIS to be shared, or a desktop containing ArcGIS to be shared. These settings must be changed prior to the start of the sharing session.
- From the menu on the Webex Meeting Center window, select the Edit menu and go to Preferences.
- On the Preferences dialog select the 'Complex Graphics' option.
