Procedure

1. Create the following digform file in an text editor and save it as ALTEK31:

1 off Dipswitch/ No Vram (dipswitch)

5 on Format Number
4 off Format Number
3 off Format Number
2 off Emulation (Altek)
1 off Emulation (Altek)

8 off RTS/CTS (disabled)
7 off Stop bits (1)
6 on Data Bit (8)
5 on Odd/Even
4 off Parity (none)
3 on Baud Rate (9600)
2 off Baud Rate (9600)
1 on Baud Rate (9600)

8 on Line Feed (enabled)
7 off Carriage Return (disabled)
6 off Resolution (1000 lpi)
5 off Resolution (1000 lpi)
4 off Resolution (1000 lpi)
3 off Rate/Increment (2 pts/sec)
2 off Rate/Increment (2 pts/sec)
1 off Rate/Increment (2 pts/sec)

2. Run CON-DIG at the Arc prompt like this:

CON-DIG ALTEK31 x 9600 NONE 8 1
